Hadith of a man (may Allah be pleased with him)

حَدِيثُ رَجُلٍ، ٢٣٤٩٤ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ الْمُحَرِّرِ بْنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ أُصِيبَ بِشَيْءٍ فِي جَسَدِهِ فَتَرَكَهُ لِلَّهِ كَانَ كَفَّارَةً لَهُ " (١)، ،

It is narrated from a Companion (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever suffers any harm to his body and leaves it for the sake of Allah, it will become an expiation for him.
