Hadith of a man from the companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)

حَدِيثُ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ٢٣٤٦٧ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ سُمَيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رُئِيَ بِالْعَرْجِ وَهُوَ يَصُبُّ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ مَاءً وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ مِنَ الْحَرِّ أَوْ مِنَ الْعَطَشِ " (١)، ،

It is narrated from a Companion (may Allah be pleased with him) that in the year of the conquest of Makkah, the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) was seen at the place of ‘Arj pouring water over his head due to thirst or heat.
