Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ،، ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ، وَمَنْ أُحِيلَ عَلَى مَلِيءٍ فَلْيَحْتَلْ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated with the previous chain that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Delaying repayment by a wealthy person is injustice, and when any of you is referred to a wealthy person, he should pursue him.
