Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّا مَعْشَرَ (٣) الْأَنْبِيَاءِ لَا نُورَثُ، مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ مَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي، وَنَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي، صَدَقَةٌ " (٤)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from the previous chain that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Inheritance is not established in the wealth of us, the group of Prophets. Whatever I leave, apart from the maintenance of my wives and the wages of the worker of my land, is all charity."
