حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ (٣) : وَسَمِعْتُ أَبِي، يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، " قُلْتُ (٤) لِيَحْيَى: كِلَاهُمَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:، ، نَعَمْ "، قَالَ: " مَا مِنْ أَمِيرِ عَشَرَةٍ إِلَّا يُؤْتَى بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَغْلُولًا، لَا يَفُكُّهُ إِلَّا الْعَدْلُ، أَوْ يُوبِقُهُ الْجَوْرُ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "A person who has been responsible (ruler) over even just ten people will be brought on the Day of Judgment bound in chains. Then either his justice will rescue him, or his oppression and tyranny will destroy him."
