حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا، يَقُولُ: كُنْتُ رَجُلًا مَذَّاءً، فَسَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: " فِيهِ الْوُضُوءُ " (٣)، ، •
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Laila said:
I heard ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) say: I was a man who emitted a lot of madhi. I asked the Prophet (ﷺ) [about that] and he said: `Wudoo’ should be done for that.”
