Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " دَعْوَةُ الْمَظْلُومِ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ، وَإِنْ كَانَ فَاجِرًا فَفُجُورُهُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: The supplication of the oppressed is surely accepted, even if he is a sinner and immoral, because his sinfulness and immorality concern only himself.
