English translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a healthy Bedouin came to the service of the Noble Prophet (ﷺ). The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) asked him, "Has 'Umm Mildam' ever seized you?" He said, "What is 'Umm Mildam'?" The Prophet (ﷺ) replied, "Fever." He asked, "What is fever?" The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said, "It is the heat between the body and the flesh." He said, "I have never felt such a thing in my body." Then the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) asked, "Has 'Suda'' ever afflicted you?" He asked, "What is meant by 'Suda''?" The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) replied, "The veins that run in a person's head (and because of which there is pain in the head)." He said, "I have never felt this pain in my body." When he left, the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever wants to see a person of Hell, he should look at this man."
