Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that when food would come to the service of the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) from somewhere other than his own house, he (peace be upon him) would inquire about it. If he was told that it was a gift, he (peace be upon him) would eat from it, and if he was told that it was charity, he would tell the people, "You eat," and he himself would not eat from it.
