حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ صَوْمِ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلَا يَرْفُثْ، وَلَا يَجْهَلْ، فَإِنْ جَهِلَ عَلَيْهِ أَحَدٌ فَلْيَقُلْ: إِنِّي امْرُؤٌ صَائِمٌ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: When any one of you is fasting on any day, he should neither speak indecently nor act ignorantly. If someone behaves ignorantly towards him, he should say, "I am fasting."
