حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ،، ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يُولَدُ مَوْلُودٌ إِلَّا عَلَى هَذِهِ الْمِلَّةِ، فَأَبَوَاهُ يُهَوِّدَانِهِ، وَيُنَصِّرَانِهِ " فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Every child is born upon pure nature. Later, his parents make him a Jew or a Christian.
