حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " لَا جَلَبَ وَلَا جَنَبَ، وَلَا تُؤْخَذُ صَدَقَاتُهُمْ (١) ، إِلَّا فِي دُورِهِمْ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) saying: There is no validity in calling the animals of zakat to oneself or in evading zakat; zakat shall be collected from the Muslims in their own localities.
