Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " وَقَفَ عِنْدَ الْجَمْرَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ أَكْثَرَ (٢) مِمَّا (٣) وَقَفَ عِنْدَ (٤) الْجَمْرَةِ الْأُولَى، ثُمَّ أَتَى جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ، فَرَمَاهَا، وَلَمْ يَقِفْ عِنْدَهَا " (٥)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, stayed longer at the second Jamrah than at the first Jamrah, then came to Jamrah Aqabah, performed the Rami there, and did not stay there.
