حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُحَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: أَنَا رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ (٦) صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَنْفَتِلُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ، وَعَنْ شِمَالِهِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ، وَيَشْرَبُ قَائِمًا وَقَاعِدًا، وَيُصَلِّي حَافِيًا وَنَاعِلًا، وَيَصُومُ فِي السَّفَرِ وَيُفْطِرُ " (٧)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that I saw the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) praying in such a way that he would return from the right and left sides. I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) praying both barefoot and wearing shoes. I also saw the Prophet (ﷺ) drinking water while standing and sitting. And I saw him fasting during travel and also leaving the fast.
