حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ (١) ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ، ، سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ: " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى أَنَّ مَنْ قُتِلَ خَطَأً فَدِيَتُهُ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ: ثَلَاثُونَ بِنْتَ مَخَاضٍ، وَثَلَاثُونَ بِنْتَ لَبُونٍ، وَثَلَاثُونَ حِقَّةً، وَعَشَرَةٌ بَنُو لَبُونٍ ذُكُورٌ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, gave the ruling: "Whoever is killed by mistake, his blood money will be one hundred camels, of which thirty will be bint makhad, thirty bint labun, thirty hiqqah, and ten ibn labun (male)."
