حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَهَاشِمٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى أَنْ لَا يُقْتَلَ مُسْلِمٌ بِكَافِرٍ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, gave the ruling: "No Muslim shall be killed in retaliation for a disbeliever."
