حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، سَمِعْتُ (٣) الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ رَبِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْخَطَأِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ، قَتِيلَ السَّوْطِ أَوِ الْعَصَا، فِيهِ مِائَةٌ، مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا " (٤)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The blood money (diyah) for one who is killed by mistake with a whip or a stick is one hundred camels, among which there will be forty pregnant she-camels."
