حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، قَالَ: كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ " يَبِيتُ بِذِي طُوًى، فَإِذَا أَصْبَحَ اغْتَسَلَ، وَأَمَرَ مَنْ، ، مَعَهُ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلُوا، وَيَدْخُلُ مِنَ الْعُلْيَا، فَإِذَا خَرَجَ خَرَجَ مِنَ السُّفْلَى، وَيَزْعُمُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
Nafi’ (may Allah have mercy on him) reports that Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) would spend the night at the place of Dhi Tuwa, perform ghusl after dawn, and instruct his companions to perform ghusl as well. He would enter from Thaniyyah ‘Ulya and exit from Thaniyyah Sufla, and he used to mention that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) did the same.
