Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ (١) ابْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ " يَرْمِي الْجِمَارَ بَعْدَ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ مَاشِيًا، وَيَزْعُمُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to stone the Jamarat on foot after the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah, and he used to state that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) also did likewise.
