حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ؟ عَنْ مُتْعَةِ الْحَجِّ، فَأَمَرَ بِهَا، وَقَالَ: " أَحَلَّهَا اللهُ تَعَالَى، وَأَمَرَ بِهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " (١)، قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ، وَأَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمٌ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: " الْعُمْرَةُ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ تَامَّةٌ تُقْضَى، عَمِلَ بِهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَنَزَلَ بِهَا كِتَابُ اللهِ تَعَالَى " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
Salim (may Allah have mercy on him) says that a person asked Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) about Hajj Tamattu', so he permitted it and said: "Allah Almighty has made it lawful, and the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) has permitted it."
