Musnad Ahmad Hadith 6367

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Jews of Banu Nadir and Banu Qurayza violated the treaty and fought against the Noble Prophet (ﷺ). So the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) exiled Banu Nadir and, showing kindness to Banu Qurayza, allowed them to remain there. But after a short period, Banu Qurayza again fought against the Noble Prophet (ﷺ), so the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) killed their men and distributed their women, children, and wealth among the Muslims, except for a few individuals. These few were those who presented themselves before the Noble Prophet (ﷺ); the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) granted them protection and they accepted Islam. And the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) exiled all the Jews from Madinah Munawwarah, among whom were the Banu Qaynuqa, who were the people of Abdullah bin Salam, and the Jews of Banu Harithah, in fact, every Jew residing in Madinah Munawwarah was included.
