Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Do not prevent your women from coming to the mosque at night." Upon hearing this, Salim or a son of Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said, "By Allah, we will not leave them like this; they will take it as an excuse for themselves." Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) struck his chest and said: "I am narrating to you the hadith of the Noble Prophet (ﷺ), and you are saying no, rather they should go out in a disheveled state."
