Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يُصَوِّرُ عَبْدٌ صُورَةً،، ، إِلَّا قِيلَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ: أَحْيِ مَا خَلَقْتَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever makes images, it will be said to him on the Day of Resurrection: 'Give life to what you have created and blow soul into them.'"
