حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْجَوَّابِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارُ بْنُ رُزَيْقٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " يَغْفِرُ اللهُ لِلْمُؤَذِّنِ، ، مَدَّ صَوْتِهِ، وَيَشْهَدُ لَهُ كُلُّ رَطْبٍ وَيَابِسٍ سَمِعَ صَوْتَهُ " (١)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: That muezzin—Allah will forgive him up to the extent his voice reaches, and every dry and wet thing that his voice reaches will bear witness in his favor.
