حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعٌ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ: " غِفَارٌ غَفَرَ اللهُ لَهَا، وَأَسْلَمُ سَالَمَهَا اللهُ، وَعُصَيَّةُ عَصَتِ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: He said from the pulpit: May Allah forgive the tribe of Ghifar, may Allah keep the tribe of Aslam safe, and 'Usayyah disobeyed Allah and His Messenger.
