حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ: انْتَهَيْتُ إِلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَقَدْ حَدَّثَ الْحَدِيثَ، فَقُلْتُ: مَا حَدَّثَ؟ فَقَالُوا: قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " غِفَارٌ غَفَرَ اللهُ لَهَا،، ، وَأَسْلَمُ سَالَمَهَا اللهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
Saeed bin Amr, may Allah have mercy on him, says that once I reached (the gathering of) Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, and he had already narrated a hadith. I asked the people about that hadith, so they told me that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The tribe of Ghifar—may Allah forgive it, and the tribe of Aslam—may Allah keep it safe."
