حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ، وَكُلُّ، ، مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ " فَقُلْتُ لَهُ: إِنَّ أَصْحَابَنَا حَدَّثُونَا، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ لِي (١) : حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَهُ (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Every intoxicating thing is wine, and every intoxicating thing is unlawful." Some have transmitted this hadith as mawquf and some as marfu'.
