حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُصَلِّي فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ الْأَضْحَى وَالْفِطْرَ، ثُمَّ يَخْطُبُ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ " (١)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to lead the prayer before the sermon on the occasions of the two Eids, and then he would deliver the sermon after the prayer.
