Translation

English translation

This prophetic saying is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that envy (desirous admiration) is not permissible for anyone except two persons: one is the person whom Allah has granted the wealth of the Qur'an and he remains engaged in its recitation day and night, and the other is the person whom Allah has granted wealth and property and he is made to spend it in the way of truth.
