It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that in the blessed era of the Prophet (ﷺ), the words of the adhan were said twice each, and the words of the iqamah were said once each, except that the mu’adhdhin «قد قامت الصلوة» would say twice.
