حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَطَعَ فِي مِجَنٍّ ثَمَنُهُ (١) ثَلَاثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ " (٢)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) cut off the hand of a man for stealing a shield (the price of which was three dirhams).
