حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ، ، فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ، وَمَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا لَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever sells date palms that have been pollinated, then their fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates (otherwise). And whoever sells a slave who possesses wealth, then all his wealth belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates (otherwise)."
