Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) went towards the camel pens, and I also went with the Prophet (ﷺ). I was on the right side of the Prophet (ﷺ). After a short while, Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) appeared coming from the front. I moved from my place, and he came to the right side of the Prophet (ﷺ), and I was on the left side. Then Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) also came. I again moved from my place, and he came to the left side of the Prophet (ﷺ). When the Prophet (ﷺ) reached the camel pens, there were some waterskins there in which there was wine. The Prophet (ﷺ) asked me for a knife. That day I came to know of something called a knife. In any case, at the command of the Prophet (ﷺ), those waterskins were cut open. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Curse is upon wine, its drinker and the one who serves it, its seller and buyer, its carrier and the one for whom it is carried, its presser and the one for whom it is pressed, and upon the one who consumes its price.”
