Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the sale of Muzabana. Nafi' explains the sale of Muzabana as selling the dates on the trees according to a fixed estimate and saying: "If more comes out than this, it is mine, and if it is less, it is still mine."
