Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ، ، اللهِ، إِنِّي أُخْدَعُ فِي الْبَيْعِ، فَقَالَ: " إِذَا بِعْتَ فَقُلْ: لَا خِلَابَةَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a man came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! People deceive me in buying and selling." The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "You should say, 'There is no deception in this transaction.'"
