حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يُحَدِّثُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " خَمْسٌ لَيْسَ عَلَى حَرَامٍ جُنَاحٌ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ: الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْحُدَيَّا، (٢) وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْحَيَّةُ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There are five kinds of animals which there is no sin in killing even in the state of Ihram: the scorpion, the rat, the kite, the crow, and the rabid dog."
