حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَحَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ، سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، وَبِشْرِ بْنِ الْمُحْتَفِزِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْحَرِيرِ: " إِنَّمَا يَلْبَسُهُ مَنْ لَا خَلَاقَ لَهُ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said regarding silk: "This is worn by the one who has no share in the Hereafter."
