قَالَ: وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، وَحَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَقَالَ حَجَّاجٌ: حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ الْحَنَفِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ: " إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى فِي الْبَيْتِ "، وَسَتَأْتُونَ (١) مَنْ يَنْهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ (٢)، °
Translation
English translation
Simak Hanafi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once I heard Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) saying that the Prophet (ﷺ) prayed inside the Ka'bah, but now you will go to a person who will deny this (meaning Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, who was sitting nearby).
