حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، سَمِعْتُ أَيُّوبَ (٢) بْنَ مُوسَى، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يَتَنَاجَ (٣) اثْنَانِ دُونَ صَاحِبِهِمَا، وَلَا يُقِيمُ الرَّجُلُ أَخَاهُ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ " (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "When you are three people, then two of you should not whisper to each other excluding the third, and no person should make his brother get up from his place in order to sit there himself."
