حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: {يَقُومُ النَّاسُ لِرَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ} [المطففين: ٦] ، " لِعَظَمَةِ الرَّحْمَنِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، حَتَّى إِنَّ الْعَرَقَ لَيُلْجِمُ الرِّجَالَ إِلَى أَنْصَافِ آذَانِهِمْ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) explained this verse « يَقُومُ النَّاسُ لِرَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ » "When people will stand before the Lord of the worlds," by saying that at that time people will be standing, submerged in their sweat up to half of their ears.
