Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when we set out towards the plain of Arafat with the Noble Prophet (ﷺ), some among us were reciting the takbir and some were reciting the talbiyah, while we were reciting the takbir. The narrator said: It is surprising about you people that you did not ask them what the Prophet (ﷺ) was doing (takbir or talbiyah).
