حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The right of wala' belongs only to the one who frees the slave." (Wala' refers to the inheritance of the freed slave.)
