Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْعُمَرِيُّ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِنَّ مِنْ أَحْسَنِ أَسْمَائِكُمْ عَبْدَ اللهِ، وَعَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The best of your names are Abdullah and Abdur Rahman."
