English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to those who performed li'an: "The reckoning of both of you is with Allah; surely one of you is lying, and now you have no authority over this woman." That man said: "O Messenger of Allah! What about my wealth?" The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "You have no wealth. If your accusation against her is true, then in exchange for that wealth you had made her private parts lawful for yourself, and if your accusation against her is false, then this matter is very far from you."
