حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، (١) حَدَّثَنِي الْمُطَّلِبُ (٢) بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ حَنْطَبٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ: كَانَ " يَتَوَضَّأُ ثَلَاثًا ثَلَاثًا، وَيُسْنِدُ ذَلِكَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " (٣)، ،

Translation

English translation

Matlab bin Abdullah says that Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) used to wash the limbs of ablution three times each, and he attributed this to the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ).
