Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: كَانَ النَّاسُ يَرَوْنَ الرُّؤْيَا، فَيَقُصُّونَهَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: " أَرَى (١) - أَوْ قَالَ - أَسْمَعُ رُؤْيَاكُمْ قَدْ تَوَاطَأَتْ (٢) عَلَى السَّبْعِ الْأَوَاخِرِ، فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مُتَحَرِّيَهَا، فَلْيَتَحَرَّهَا فِي السَّبْعِ الْأَوَاخِرِ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I see that your dreams coincide with each other regarding the last seven nights, so whoever among you wants to seek Laylat al-Qadr should seek it in the last seven nights."
