Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you will be questioned about his flock. Thus, the ruler is responsible for his subjects, and he will be questioned about them. A man is responsible for his household, and he will be questioned about them. A woman is responsible for her husband's house, and she will be questioned about it. A servant is responsible for his master's wealth, and he will be questioned about it. In short, each of you is a shepherd, and each of you will be questioned about his flock."
