Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ (١) ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ،، ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade the sale of the unborn offspring of a pregnant animal—"which is still in its mother's womb"—while it is still in the womb.
