Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَطَنٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدَةَ النَّهْدِيِّ، فَذَكَرَهُ، وَكَذَا قَالَ يَزِيدُ، وَأَبَو كَامِلٍ: عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ رَوْحٌ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، وَقَالَ: " الْفَرَاشِ، أَوِ الذُّبَابِ " (١) (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from ‘Abdullah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"Those who show the most restraint at the time of killing are the people of faith.”
