حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارُ بْنُ رُزَيْقٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ يَعْنِي السَّبِيعِيَّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ قَالَتْ: طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلَاثًا فَأَرَدْتُ النُّقْلَةَ، فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: " انْتَقِلِي إِلَى بَيْتِ ابْنِ عَمِّكِ عَمْرِو ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ فَاعْتَدِّي عِنْدَهُ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Fatimah bint Qais (may Allah be pleased with her) that my husband sent me a message of three divorces. I went to the service of the Prophet (ﷺ) and mentioned the whole incident. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Go and spend your waiting period ('iddah) in the house of your paternal cousin Ibn Umm Maktum."
